Diary Writing
Diary writing is considered to be a very personal form of writing. Writing in a diary is a great way to process your thoughts and feelings. No matter how old you are, what stage of life you’re in, or what your future plans are, a diary can help you keep track of your goals and your daily life. If you’ve never written in a diary before, starting one can seem a bit intimidating—but don’t let that stop you! Once you get started, the words will start flowing easily.π
What's a key thing about a diary entry?
The key thing about a diary entry is that it is always kept truthful, natural, and free-flowing. Trust your thought train and don’t stop or mince words for the fear of being watched or judged. It is your space to let out all your feelings, don’t hold back. Well, this one, I personally think, you only have to remind yourself as you begin to write.
Uses of Writing a diary:-
- Improves your vocabulary and language skills.
- Stretching your IQ.π§

Try to write it regularly - Set aside a few minutes for writing every day. If you’re super busy, even just 10 minutes will help you get into the habit. The feeling is completely different from the feeling you may get from your favorite food π² or thing you like to do.
